Your new company Our client are a soft facilities services provider who are hiring to support a large property development and investment company that operate across the UK. They are hiring a Facilities & Compliance Manager to join their team on a permanent basis for a large retail site in Central London. Your new role As Facilities & Compliance Services Manager you will lead on the client's facilities asset compliance. You will enhance and maintain safety proactively and responsibly and should exceed expectatons with a 100% compliance rating. You are to work with and collaborate with all staff, tenants, contractors and stakeholders at the estate. You are also required to develop and manage the delivery of processes and procedures that will protect persons and property. Key duties will include: Daily facilities requests and queries and a key member of the Management team. Deputising for Centre Manager where required. Manage all aspects of safety and risks critically the "Permit to work", "Risk Assesments", Business Continuity, Crisis and Incident Management procedures. Ensure high level of safety and environmental standards are achieved at all times. Flexible to meet the operational needs on a continual basis whilst suggesting new intiatives to ensure continuous improvement and best practices.
