Job Title: Facilities Engineer (Multi-Skilled) Location: This role will support our South region and with the successful candidate ideally being based in the Oxford or Bristol area. Salary: We are offering a salary of £35,000 - £40,000 depending on experience based on a 35 hours per week contract. Job Type: Full Time, Permanent - Monday to Friday. Typical hours are 9:00-16:30 with flexibility to adjust your day as required. You'll be provided with a company van, fuel card and tablet as part of the equipment required for the role. The role: DB Cargo is recruiting a Facilities Engineer (internally known as a Maintenance & Facilities Engineer) to support the management of our property portfolio and ensure the delivery of high-quality facilities management services. In this role, you'll oversee day-to-day facilities operations across our regional sites, helping us provide a safe, efficient, and well-maintained workplace. Reporting to the Facilities Manager, you will be hands-on in the operation, maintenance, and compliance of our facilities. Your work will directly contribute to creating a best-in-class environment for colleagues, customers, and visitors.
