Marble M&E Group is seeking a high-quality, reliable, and professional Facilities Maintenance Electrician to be permanently based at the iconic Goodwood Estate.

This is a rare opportunity to work at one of the UK’s most prestigious racecourses and event venues, maintaining electrical systems across racecourse buildings, hospitality suites, estate properties, and major event infrastructure.

This is a permanent, estate-based position - not a travelling install role - and we’re looking for someone who takes genuine pride in their work. In a high-profile environment like Goodwood, presentation, professionalism, and safety are just as important as technical ability.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

• Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
• Reactive maintenance and fault finding
• Small works and minor installations
• EICRs, emergency lighting, and fire alarm testing
• Supporting event setup and breakdown (race days & major events)
• Providing on-site electrical cover during major event days
• Liaising professionally with estate management and event teams
• Ensuring full compliance with current regulations

You’ll work closely with our Maintenance Manager and have the support of our wider M&E team when required.

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) qualified electrician
• 18th Edition
• Experience within commercial facilities maintenance
• Strong fault-finding ability
• Full UK driving license
• Professional, well-presented, and client-facing

Desirable:

• 2391 Inspection & Testing
• Emergency lighting and fire alarm experience
• Experience working within high-end or prestigious environments
