The Role As a Compliance Technician , you will support the delivery of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and compliance checks across a large and varied estate. This hands-on role covers everything from fire safety systems to water hygiene management , ensuring statutory compliance is achieved and recorded. Your main responsibilities will include: Emergency Lighting Testing, inspecting, and recording all emergency lighting to ensure safe exit routes during power failures. Fire Safety Systems Regular checks of fire alarms, fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, evacuation alarms, and door release mechanisms, escalating issues where needed.
