Main Duties & Responsibilities of the Facilities Maintenance Technician

Promote a culture of safety by following all health and safety guidelines during daily tasks. Carry out day-to-day repair and upkeep activities across the site from basic construction work to plumbing, painting, and general DIY. Assist with maintaining the overall condition and cleanliness of the facility. Work closely with fellow team members to reduce downtime and ensure equipment and areas remain in good working order. Undertake routine inspections and scheduled maintenance work after completing any required training. Collaborate with other departments and supervisors to support maintenance objectives.
