Responsibilities
Preparation of Tender documentation both SSQ, ITT and open proposal
Working in conjunction with the BDM to produce quality Tender and Marketing documentation
Organizing of the BUD's diary to help prevent clashes
Organisation of Business Unit events including quarterly meetings for SMT, Contract Managers and social events
Deal with Office Management queries and attend tenant meetings
Record sickness and absence for the Business Unit and submit relevant documents to Payroll
Order supplies for the office including subsistence and stationery
Qualifications
Good writing skills
Grammar skills
Proof reading
BID writing
Great working attitude and positive outlook to work
Experience with tenders and proposals
Salary: £40,000 + company package
