Job Title: Facilities Manager\nLocation: Lancashire - Mobile managing a cluster of sites across the area\nContract: Temporary to temp to permanent\nRate: £300pd - £350pd (inside IR35)\nWe are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager on a temp-to-perm basis to lead the delivery of integrated facilities management services across a designated site or portfolio. This role will oversee both hard and soft FM services, ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality service delivery while meeting KPIs, SLAs, and budget targets.\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a commercially aware FM professional looking to transition into a long-term permanent role.\nKey Responsibilities\n * Manage planned and reactive maintenance, engineering systems, and soft FM services\n * Lead site teams to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery\n * Build strong stakeholder relationships and act as the key point of contact\n * Monitor KPIs, SLAs, budgets, and financial performance\n * Ensure health & safety compliance and maintain accurate statutory records\n * Drive continuous improvement and identify cost-saving or revenue opportunities\n * Manage recruitment, performance, and development of FM teams\n * Support mobilisation and any service transition requirements\nExperience & Qualifications\n * 3+ years’ experience managing integrated FM services (public sector or similar environment desirable)\n * Strong knowledge of hard and soft FM operations\n * Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills\n * Commercially focused with budget management experience\n * IOSH Managing Safely (or equivalent)\n * Relevant FM qualification or working towards IWFM Level 4 desirable\nWe would like to speak to any: Senior FM, Senior building Manager, Technical Manager, Hard Service Manager, Facilitles Lead Managers in the area.
