At Global Workplace Solutions (GWS), we empower our people with the industry's best tools and a culture that fosters innovation and collaboration.\n \nWe are now seeking a proactive and highly skilled Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties, ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and customer satisfaction.\n\nAbout the Role\n\n As a Facilities Manager, you'll take ownership of a group of properties, ensuring they are maintained to the highest standards and compliant with all Health & Safety and environmental requirements.\n \nYou will work closely with clients, tenants, and service providers to deliver an exceptional facilities management service, while monitoring performance, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nOversee the internal and external fabric and maintenance of properties, ensuring standards meet contractual and budgetary requirements.\nManage on-site Health & Safety compliance, including oversight of third‑party service providers and maintenance records.\nEnsure Meridian and other compliance systems are regularly monitored and updated.\nManage third‑party contracts to ensure high-quality, consistent service delivery.\nPrepare, monitor, and control service agreements in line with client budgets.\nTrack key performance indicators, implementing improvements where required.\nMaintain accurate management records including asset registers, emergency plans, and compliance documentation.\nBuild and maintain strong tenant relationships, attending meetings and supporting operational needs.\nCoordinate fire and emergency evacuation procedures and ensure documentation is up to date.\nLiaise with local authorities and manage insurance-related matters.\nLead and coordinate major works or refurbishment projects on site.\nProduce regular management reports and assist with procurement activities.\nMonitor FM works on site and collaborate with contractors and subcontractors.\nPerform additional duties in line with business needs.\n\nPerson Specification\n\n We'd love to hear from you if you have:\n\nA degree-level education or equivalent experience.\nSolid experience in regional facilities management, ideally within multi‑let environments.\nStrong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.\nGood IT literacy, including familiarity with facilities management software.\nA strong understanding of Health & Safety and environmental regulations (IOSH/NEBOSH desirable).\nExcellent analytical, organisational, and planning skills.\nAbility to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.\nBIFM qualification (desirable).\n\nWhy Join CBRE?\n\nWork with a global market leader in property and facilities management.\nOpportunities for career development, training, and certifications.\nA supportive, inclusive team environment.\nExposure to industry‑leading technology, knowledge, and expertise
