Facilities Manager

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to lead the day to day operation, maintenance and continuous improvement of our manufacturing and office facilities at our Hingham site.
As Mirus continues to grow and expand its production capacity including the development of new buildings and the potential for a future factory, this is a highly practical, hands-on Facilities Manager role, responsible for ensuring our buildings, infrastructure, utilities, site services, production equipment and machinery are fully supported in a high-performing aerospace manufacturing environment. You will manage contractors, site services, maintenance programmes, budgets and improvement projects, ensuring the site remains safe, compliant, efficient and fit for future growth.
While the role has responsibility for supporting Health & Safety and environmental compliance, the primary focus is the effective management and development of our facilities and infrastructure and is a pivotal role within the Operations function.
