Band/Pay rate: Band 7 -£27.01 per hour

Hours: 37.5hrs – Mon-Fri (Apply online only)

Full driving licence required – role involves travelling between Trust sites.

We seeking a motivated and organised individual to fill the position of Facilities Manager across various sites. The successful candidate will fulfill a crucial role in fostering excellent communication and working relationships with all staff in clinical and non clinical teams

Key Responsibilities:

* Managing the Administration Team, Porters, Post Porter, Drivers, Domestics, Hairdresser and Health Centre Co-ordinators to ensure the continuous delivery of comprehensive services, including recruitment, appraisals, disciplinary and grievance issues, training and development, sickness absence monitoring.
