Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and high-profile environment?

We are seeking a proactive and driven Facilities Manager to oversee FM operations. You'll lead a high-performing team and ensure the smooth delivery of hard and soft FM services, office relocations, and workplace strategy.

What you'll be doing:

\n

\n Managing day-to-day FM operations including cleaning, catering, security, and maintenance \n

Leading office moves and relocations \n

Driving service excellence and continuous improvement \n

Ensuring compliance with health & safety and contractor procedures \n

Building strong client relationships and delivering against SLAs/KPIs \n

\n

What we're looking for:

\n

\n Proven experience in hard and soft FM services within a corporate setting \n

Strong leadership and communication skills \n

IOSH Managing Safely or NEBOSH certification \n

Familiarity with CAFM systems \n

\n
