Facilities Administration Coordinator UK & Ireland | Hybrid Working Available Contract role, £14 per hour PAYE Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our Facilities Management team. This role supports the UK & Ireland operations through effective administration of the Store Facilities & Maintenance Portal and ensures accurate tracking of expenditure and compliance with company policies. Key Responsibilities: Manage and improve the Store FM Portal and Service Channel platform Coordinate contractor performance reviews and maintain insurance documentation Support capital expenditure projects and liaise with store teams and contractors Assist with PO generation, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination Monitor cleaning operations and support insurance claims and budget recovery Contribute to wider Estates team initiatives and ad-hoc projects What We're Looking For: Strong administrative and organisational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders Experience with facilities or operations platforms is a plus If you're ready to make an impact and grow within a collaborative team, we'd love to hear from you.
