The Role

This role operates in a high-volume, time-sensitive aviation catering environment where equipment reliability, temperature control, and hygiene are critical. The role covers hot kitchens, cold prep areas, chilled/frozen storage, dispatch zones, plant rooms, and roof-mounted HVAC plant. You will be working with the Head of Maintenance, develop and implement maintenance procedures, schedules, and preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment uptime and reliability. You will monitor and maintain all machinery, equipment, and systems to ensure they are in optimal working condition and coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance or repairs.
