Role Overview: This role involves full life cycle management of construction and fit-out projects, from planning and coordination to execution and closeout, with a focus on high-quality delivery in secure and regulated environments. Key Responsibilities Include: * Overseeing multiple construction and fit-out projects to meet stakeholder needs * Managing budgets, timelines, resources, and procurement activities * Liaising with landlords, architects, contractors, and suppliers * Ensuring compliance with UK building regulations and HSE standards * Conducting site inspections, tracking KPIs, and reporting progress * Leading project governance, documentation, and contractor selection * Supporting recruitment and mentoring within the delivery team
