What we can offer you: * 25 days of annual leave * Access to our company pension scheme * Free physiotherapy service * Discounts on everything from groceries to well known retailers * Access to a range of resources to support your physical, mental and financial health; so you can lean on us whenever you need to * Ongoing training and development opportunities, allowing you to reach your full potential What you'll be doing: * Waste management (including weighing waste) * Management of couriers, post, goods in/out * Porterage services (lift & shift) where practical (ensuring H&S requirements are met) * Daily completion of electronic records including logging of stores issued/courier services/volumes of post/reactive tasks/franking * Report and repair any fabric/building faults identified whilst carrying out daily activities. * Escort specialist subcontractors as instructed by the management and supervisory teams * Deal with any complaints immediately and report them to the Team Supervisor * Report faulty or damaged equipment to the relevant Supervisor What we're looking for: * Ability to pass DBS check * Experience in waste management operations including accurate weighing, recording, and disposal of waste materials * Strong organisational and logistics coordination skills * Proficiency in maintaining electronic records and data entry systems * Building maintenance skills * Interpersonal skills What's next?
