Are you a skilled technical professional with a passion for facilities and engineering services? We’re looking for a Facilities Supervisor to lead the delivery of hard services and infrastructure support at a high-performing pharmaceutical manufacturing site in Liverpool.

About the Role

This is a hands-on, technically focused role within the Facilities Management team, with a strong emphasis on hard services . You’ll support the Facilities Lead in overseeing mechanical, electrical, and utilities systems, ensuring compliance, safety, and operational excellence across the site.

You’ll be responsible for: Supervising facilities maintenance, modification, and expansion projects Managing contractors and internal teams across mechanical, electrical, and building services Leading safe systems of work (e.g. permit to work, hot works, access control) Ensuring compliance with EHS standards including Legionella, Fire Safety, COSHH, and Emergency Lighting Supporting lifecycle capital projects and small works delivery Monitoring performance metrics for facilities service providers Maintaining high standards in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment
