Job Function

Site plant and infrastructure maintenance and diagnostics, providing pro-active support in ensuring that the site infrastructure is maintained to an appropriate level corresponding to the requirements set out by the Facilities & Infrastructure Manager.

Main Responsibilities and Duties Carrying out programmed Daily/Weekly/Periodic checks/reactive repairs for site plant rooms and services including:- Civil and buildings – e.g. all external and internal building/site fabric. Domestic plant – all plant equipment permanently linked into the site infrastructure e.g. Pump stations, waterproof test facility. ICT+S (Information, Communication Technology and Security Systems) – PA system, CCTV system and individual components, security systems, BMS and its integration to the wider site plant and all associated network infrastructure supporting these systems. M+E (Mechanical and Electrical systems) – E.g. Site Heating, Venting and Cooling Systems, Low Voltage/High Voltage supply, electrical systems. Internal, External, Emergency Lighting. Specialist Pant – E.g. Depot protection system, bogie drop equipment, LOPS, jacks, OLE, Wash systems, P-way, etc. ...
