Factory Manager – Rotherham - £70,000 - £90,000 + Car Chase & Holland are excited to be working exclusively with a highly successful and innovative manufacturer in Rotherham who are looking to recruit a Factory Manager to join their senior leadership team. You will be a hands-on and experienced Factory Manager who comes from a fast-paced manufacturing background who can oversee the Factory and surrounding support teams covering Maintenance, Fabrication and Yard. With 8 direct reports and 120 indirect reports, you will ensure day to day business goals are achieved through driving collaboration across all departments. Our client will consider someone who is either looking to progress up to this Factory Manager level or who is already an established Factory Manager but must have a demonstrable background and focus on continuous improvement.
