What you'll be doing:

The role will initially involve running a wide ranging privately funded family law caseload including children matters, with a view to establishing and growing a Childcare Department once a Legal Aid contract has been awarded.

Running your own caseload of family law matters from start to finish including divorce and separation, finance and property, children arrangements, pre-nuptial agreements, domestic violence and cohabitation matters
Conducting own advocacy
Working as part of a well-established, experienced family law team with an excellent client following and reputation
Establishing, building and growing the Department to encompass legal aid work in the longer termWho we're looking for:

Suitable candidates are likely to have:

Law Society's Children Law Accreditation
Experience of running both private and public family law matters
Fully qualified solicitor status or CLE status with practice rights
Mediation experience preferred
Excellent client care skillsWhat's on offer:
