My client is a school based in Southwest London, who are seeking a committed and reliable Family Attendance and Liaison Officer to join their team on a temporary basis until the end of the school year.

The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.

This crucial role involves working closely with families, engaging parents (including involvement with the PTA), establishing and maintaining great channels of communication, managing attendance, and being an integral member of our safeguarding team.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about supporting children and their families, improving school attendance, and ensuring the safety and well-being of their students.

You will need to have had recent experience of working with children or families, have a calm persona, be an excellent communicator, can analyse information, develop strategies and can follow tasks through to conclusion.
