We are looking for an experienced social work professional to lead The Family Help Team and drive positive change for children, young people and families.
Duties include:
leading and inspiring a team delivering early help and family-led solutions
overseeing complex cases, safeguarding and risk management
championing high-quality, strengths-based practice
collaborating with partners and shaping future services
You will have:
a social work degree and leadership experience
strong knowledge of safeguarding and early help frameworks
excellent communication and decision-making skills
a driving licence and access to a vehicle

Based in Bridlington for 37 hours per week as part of a full-time, permanent contract.
