Key responsibilities for the Family Law Head of Team role:
Care Proceedings and PLO matters
Divorce and finances
Private Law Children
Domestic Abuse, Non Molestation / Occupation Orders
General family matters, unmarried couples, cohabitation disputes
Key requirements for this Family Law Head of Team role:
3+ years PQE
Able to lead and supervise a growing team
Work independently and in a team
Confident in own advocacy
Following preferred
Willing to pursue panel accreditation
Proactive in networking and business development
Experience in both Public and Private matters
