ABOUT THE ROLE As a Family Navigator , you will be a key part of the local community support network, helping families access the right services at the right time. You will work across Family Hub flagship buildings and community venues, acting as a visible, approachable presence for families and partner organisations. This role requires regular travel across South Wiltshire and close collaborative working with schools, early years settings, community organisations, and other professionals. Key Responsibilities Help families, children and young people navigate the range of services available across the Family Hub network. Build strong partnerships with schools, early years settings, health services, and community groups. Advocate for families to ensure they receive appropriate support and overcome barriers. Maintain accurate, confidential and analytical records of family contact and outcomes. Promote Family Hub services through community engagement, including social media and local events.
