We work closely with each client to offer them insight into their wealth management, provide critical decision-making information, and support them in successfully managing their wealth.


Role Overview


We are seeking a highly capable Family Office Executive to join our team in a part-time, hybrid capacity, with the potential to transition to a full-time role as client demand grows.

The successful candidate will support the delivery of holistic family office and wealth management services, working closely with principals and senior advisers. The role encompasses wealth structuring, trusts and estate planning support, family governance implementation, and bespoke legal and administrative solutions for complex private clients.

The role is primarily London-based, with flexibility for remote working.


Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of wealth structuring, trusts, and estate planning solutions for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
  • Assist with family governance frameworks, documentation, and implementation
  • Prepare and coordinate private client documentation, reports, and advisory materials
  • Liaise with external advisers, trustees, legal professionals, and counterparties
  • Provide bespoke legal, technical, and administrative support within a family office environment
  • Ensure high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and regulatory compliance
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes and client delivery standards


Qualifications

  • Wealth management & Wealth structuring skills
  • STEP qualifications compulsory
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Minimum 3 yrs Experience in the wealth management industry or as a Private Client Professional.
  • Bachelor's degree in Law is highly desirable (or experience as a Trainee or Qualified Private Client Solicitor/ Paraplanner or Legal Executive)
