Family Solicitor (Private Work) | Rugby | £40,000 – £65,000
The firm

The role

Managing a varied caseload of private family law matters
Handling divorce and separation cases from initial instruction through to conclusion
Advising on and progressing financial settlements following divorce
Managing private Children Act proceedings
Conducting client consultations and providing clear, practical and sensitive legal advice
Drafting correspondence and legal documentation to a high standard
Representing clients where required
Maintaining efficient case management while delivering excellent client care
Taking ownership of networking and supporting marketing initiatives to grow the family department
Offered on either an employed or consultant basis

You

Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate or a Legal Executive
Solid experience in private family law, particularly divorce and financial remedy work
Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust with clients
Well organised with good analytical and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working independently while contributing positively to a team environment
Willing to engage in networking and business development activities
