Family Solicitor – Associate / Senior Associate

A highly regarded, award-winning law firm is continuing to invest in its Liverpool family law practice and is now seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join the team at Associate or Senior Associate level.


This is an opportunity to work within a well-established, high-performing department advising a sophisticated client base on complex and often high-value matters.


The role


You will handle a broad and stimulating caseload with a particular focus on high-net-worth divorce and financial remedy work. The practice also advises on:


  • Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
  • Civil partnerships and relationship breakdowns
  • Privately funded children matters
  • High-profile and sensitive matrimonial cases


Alongside your fee-earning responsibilities, you will play an active role in the wider success of the team by:


  • Mentoring and supervising junior solicitors
  • Supporting business development and profile-raising initiatives
  • Maintaining the firm’s reputation for technical excellence and outstanding client care


About you


Applications are invited from Family Solicitors with 3+ years’ PQE gained at a recognised family law practice. Experience of high-net-worth financial remedy work is highly desirable.

You will be able to demonstrate:


  • Strong technical ability and sound judgement
  • Confidence dealing with high-profile and demanding clients
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
