Family Solicitor | Aylesbury / Hybrid | up to £65,000 per annum

The Opportunity:

Due to natural expansion, a well-established law firm with an excellent reputation across both commercial and private client services has a fantastic opportunity for a Family Law Solicitor from 3 years PQE to join their team located close to Aylesbury. They are known for their high-quality advice, client care, and supportive working environment, with a strong presence in the local market.

\n\n

The Role:
\n
\nYou will manage your own varied private family law caseload, working with clients from initial instruction through to resolution.
\n
\nKey Responsibilities:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Handle cases involving divorce, financial disputes, and children matters
    • \n\t
  • Advise on separation agreements and nuptial agreements
    • \n\t
  • Manage care proceedings and domestic abuse cases
    • \n\t
  • Prepare for and represent clients at hearings and court
    • \n\t
  • Maintain high standards of risk management and compliance
    • \n\t
  • Contribute to the team through collaboration and knowledge sharing
    • \n\t
  • Promote the firm’s values and local reputation
    • \n
\n\n

About you:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Qualified UK Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE with experience in Family law.
    • \n\t
  • Strong track record across a broad range of family matters
    • \n\t
  • Confident in advocacy and court appearances
    • \n\t
  • Excellent client care and communication skills
    • \n\t
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team
    • \n\t
  • Strong IT and case management system skills
    • \n\t
  • Proactive, detail-focused, and approachable
    • \n
\n\n

Salary and Benefits:
