Key Responsibilities for this Family Solicitor role:
Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including Private Law Children, divorce, and associated financial remedy cases.
Conduct your own advocacy in court proceedings where appropriate.

Demonstrable expertise in Private Law Children, divorce, and financial remedy matters.
Proven experience conducting your own advocacy.
Family Mediation accreditation, including the ability to conduct MIAMs (desirable).
