Family Solicitor Location: Kendal Salary: £40,000 to £70,000 (depending on experience) Experience: 2+ PQE (all experience levels considered) Our client is growing its Kendal office and is looking to speak with Family Solicitors who want to be part of a long-term plan to strengthen and develop an established presence in the area. You will advise on a broad range of private family matters, supporting clients with clear, practical guidance at what can be a sensitive time. The role suits someone who combines strong technical ability with empathy and excellent client care. What You’ll Be Doing

Managing a varied family law caseload from instruction through to conclusion Advising clients clearly and sensitively, keeping them updated throughout Drafting key documents and correspondence with strong attention to detail Working collaboratively with colleagues and contributing to a positive team culture Supporting the continued development and profile of the Kendal office

What We’re Looking For

Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Family law Strong client care skills and a calm, professional approach Clear written and verbal communication Good organisation and the ability to manage deadlines effectively A collaborative mindset and interest in contributing to office growth
