\nA well-established, full-service law firm with a strong regional reputation is expanding and seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to play a key role in developing its Chester presence.
\nWith deep roots in the North West and a client-focused, modern approach, the firm is known for professional integrity, high standards of service, and excellent results across private client work. This is a rare opportunity to shape and grow a Family Law offering within a respected, forward-thinking practice.

\nThe Role
\nYou will be instrumental in developing the Family Law department in Chester, working alongside a highly regarded regional team. The role suits someone who combines strong technical ability, a commercial approach and a genuine commitment to outstanding client care.

\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Managing a varied caseload including divorce, financial remedies, children matters and cohabitation disputes
\n• Playing a strategic role in the growth of the Chester office
\n• Building strong, trusted client relationships
\n• Supporting and mentoring junior team members
\n• Contributing to business development and networking activity
\n
\nAbout You
\n• Qualified solicitor with at least 5 years’ PQE in private family law
\n• Strong technical expertise across all areas of family work
\n• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
\n• Empathetic, proactive and commercially minded
\n• Strong connections across the Cheshire market
\n• Experience supervising or mentoring others is advantageous
