Willsons Solicitors have an enviable reputation and have a wonderful team of 40 + staff across their departments in Family, Care, Wills and Probate, Conveyancing and Commercial Law.
We currently have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Family Solicitor.
You will build and manage your own caseload spanning financial remedies, and TOLATA claims, and children matters. Working closely with the partners, you will handle cases that demand high levels of accuracy, strong judgment, and flawless client care.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct cases from start to completion efficiently and strategically to the firm’s high standards
* Deliver exceptional client service with clear, timely communication
* Contribute to the department’s profile and business development/networking for the department and the firm as a whole

* Qualified solicitor experienced in the above
* Expertise in divorce and financial remedies
It is essential for this role that you can demonstrate an exceptional level of professionalism at all times and have a true understanding of the values/policies and procedures Willsons work to.
