Family Solicitor - Milton Keynes

Oculus Legal Group is partnered with a well-established, multi-office regional law firm in Milton Keynes, currently looking to strengthen its Family team due to continued growth.


This is an excellent opportunity for a Family Solicitor (2+ PQE) to join a supportive, modern and forward-thinking firm that places genuine emphasis on staff wellbeing, development and long-term progression.


The Role

You’ll be joining a friendly and collaborative Family department, managing a varied and engaging caseload that includes:

  • Divorce proceedings
  • Financial matters following relationship breakdown
  • Children matters
  • Unmarried couples
  • Prenuptial & Cohabitation Agreements


What are we looking for?

  • At least 2 year PQE as a Family Solicitor
  • Comfortable managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
  • Strong client care skills and confidence in building lasting relationships
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
