Inherit a quality private family caseload, no need to build from scratchReal input into growing the department, with freedom to shape your specialismHybrid working + Christmas shutdown (without using holiday allowance) This is a role where you’ll step into something that already has momentum, not a blank page. You’ll take over an existing caseload (including HNW work) and work closely with a senior associate, giving you both autonomy and a sounding board when needed.
