You’ll play a vital role in delivering emotional and practical support to families facing childhood cancer or life-challenging conditions—for as long as they need us. This is a unique opportunity to lead a talented, multidisciplinary team and shape the future of our services as we expand into new regions and prepare for the transition from the Royal Marsden to Evelina London Children’s Hospital. Role overview Leadership & Service Delivery Lead and coordinate the delivery of family support across all regions, ensuring services are accessible, consistent, and impactful. Line manage a skilled team including Family Support Workers, a Senior Family Support Worker, and a Senior Social Worker.
