Salary : £31,000 per annum (increasing to £32,000 per annum post successfully passing probation)

About the role

The Family Support Practitioner will work alongside the Family Support Manager to support local managers and teams to strengthen and develop their support to people and their families. This role will provide direct support to individual families as needed.

Duties will include:
