We are seeking a Family Support Worker to join our Residential Family Centre in Opening in Southampton, where you'll play a key role in supporting parents and children as they undergo family assessments. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a specialist team helping to safeguard children and promote positive parenting.

About the Role

As a Family Support Worker, you'll work closely with parents and children in a residential setting, offering practical support, guidance, and role modelling in areas such as parenting, daily routines, and emotional wellbeing.

You’ll support the delivery of robust and evidence-based parenting assessments, working as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure children are safe and families are given the best opportunity to grow and succeed.
