Urban Revivo, a fashion brand under the FMG Group, is expanding in the UK, and we’re looking for Fashion Buyers across Womenswear, Menswear and Accessories, who are both trend-savvy and commercially driven. If you can identify what’s next and what sells, this is the role for you.

At UR, our Buyer isn’t just a trend spotter and you’ll play a key role in shaping fast-fashion collections that are stylish, market-relevant, and built for strong sell-through. You’ll work closely with designers and merch partners as a squad to deliver high-performing product ranges for the UK and European markets.

What You’ll Do

• Lead product selection with a strong sales mindset, choose items that are not only fashionable but also commercially successful.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and sales data to guide buying strategy.
• Work closely with designers to turn concepts into highly sellable products.
• Review samples, fits, and product direction to ensure alignment with market needs.
• Partner with merchandising on assortment structure, pricing, stock flow, and product performance.
• Monitor weekly sales and take action to maximise sell-through and margin.
• Contribute ideas for future ranges based on trend insight and real-time customer behaviour.

What We’re Looking For

• 2-6 years’ buying experience in fast fashion or commercial fashion (Womenswear, Menswear or Accessories).
• Strong taste level and excellent trend awareness - you know what looks good and what the UK/EU customer will buy.
• Commercial mindset - able to read performance and make business-led decisions.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, reactive working environment.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making abilities.
