Day-to-day of the role: Develop and deliver dynamic learning programmes that meet the needs of learners using a diverse range of teaching and learning strategies. Identify and assess learners’ needs throughout their programme of study. Plan, design, and deliver learning programmes/sessions and facilitate learning in line with course aims, objectives, mode of assessment, and accreditation. Monitor, evaluate, and improve the quality and effectiveness of learning programmes, sessions, and own practice.
