We are currently looking for a passionate F&B Supervisor The Park , to join our Food and Beverage Department on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and each other. As a F&B Supervisor The Park , your main duties and expectations for the role will include: Ensure that the restaurant is set up properly for each service, that the team members are following grooming standards and that all the service stations are fully stocked, clean and free of damage. Lead the team to ensure they provide polite and efficient service at all times, ensuring daily briefing are conducted, opening & closing duties and assigned tasks are completed, preparing floor plan, focusing on customer service. Monitor the quality of product and service via spot-checks, quality checks, observation and feedback. Communicate effectively with the team, peers and higher management. Assist in other Food & Beverage areas as and when required. You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
