Executive Support | HR & People Operations | Project CoordinationAs F&B Venue Manager, you’ll lead the daily rhythm of Hart Shoreditch’s restaurant, bar, in-room dining, and event service. This isn’t a siloed F&B role, it’s a holistic leadership position embedded in the wider hotel experience. You’ll ensure consistency and excellence across guest service, team engagement, and operational flow, working hand-in-hand with the kitchen, events, and front office teams.From early morning setups to late-night drinks, from intimate private dinners to full venue activations, you’ll be the connector ensuring the energy, tone, and quality is spot on across every service.
