We are currently looking for a compassionate and dedicated Female Live-In Carer to join our team.As a Live-In Carer, you will provide 24-hour support to our customers over a 2 to 8 weeks period, living alongside them while they remain in their own home.Responsibilities include:Supporting daily living activities, including personal care, cooking, and household tasksPromoting mental stimulation and physical activityEnsuring privacy, dignity, and respect at all timesDelivering person-centred care tailored to individual needsCommunicating effectively with customers, colleagues, and familiesThis role operates on a 2 to 8 weeks on rota, with a rest period during the day at allocated times. While a driving license is not essential, it is advantageous.About YouWe are looking for someone who is:Friendly, compassionate, and dedicatedPassionate about making a difference in peoples livesExperienced in health or social care roles (preferred but not essential)Understanding of the importance of rights, dignity, privacy, respect, and choicePersonality and values come first.
