We are pleased to announce the salary is increasing to £27,885 per annum. This will take effect from 1st April 2026. Due to continued expansion, our fantastic team are on the lookout for a compassionate and creative individual with a positive attitude to join us as Waken Nights Support Practitioner on a full-time basis (39 hours per week), based in Glenrothes . About Us: The Richmond Fellowship Scotland provides personalised and outcome-focused support to over 2800 individuals in their own homes across Scotland, making us the country's largest provider of social care. We support individuals with a variety of different needs such as physical and/or learning disabilities, ongoing mental health issues, alcohol or substance abuse and autism. Some of the people we support can present challenging behavior or require a high level of personal care. The Role : As a Support Practitioner, you will support service users in their own homes with their support needs including personal care, preparing breakfast, completing household tasks and checks throughout the night.
