Priority Healthcare are currently recruiting for a skilled Complex Care Support Worker for a new exciting role based in the Chesterfield area.

This is an excellent opportunity to support an individual with an acquired brain injury in his private home with a focus on rehabilitation work and community activities.

Successful Applicant: •     Must hold a UK driving license •     Must have experience working with complex conditions (ABI,CP, brain injuries) •     Excellent verbal communication skills
