Were offering a rewarding opportunity to support a young adult living with their family in Harrogate.This individual lives with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy, mild left ventricular systolic dysfunction, scoliosis, osteoporosis, adrenal insufficiency, and is PEG fed, but these medical needs dont define who they are.This role is supporting someone who enjoys video games, travelling, spending time with family, and going to the cinema.
