Responsibilities

• Support 3 ladies in their home with day‑to‑day activities such as meal preparation, medication and attending appointments.
• Encourage engagement in activities at home and in the community, e.g., cinema, lunch, swimming, hairdresser visits.
• Assist with daily living tasks, personal and emotional support, planning and managing home life.
• Provide support with leisure, employment, individual interests and travel.
• Support in own home or out and about within the community.
• Sleep‑ins required (based on 2 sleep‑ins a week).

Qualifications

• No previous experience or qualifications required.
• Full training will be provided.
• Compassionate, caring, confident, and resilient.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑starter with a high level of motivation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; confident, articulate, and professional.
• Keenness to learn in a fast‑paced environment and creatively solve problems.
