We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee operations within our home care facilities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills and a passion for senior care, ensuring that care plans are effectively implemented and that staff are supported in delivering high-quality services. Duties

  • Supervise and support home care staff in the delivery of exceptional senior care.
  • Ensure that all care plans are followed accurately and adapt them as necessary to meet client's needs.
  • Drive initiatives to improve service quality and operational efficiency within the facility.
  • Conduct regular assessments of staff performance, providing feedback and guidance for professional development.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to implement technology solutions that enhance care delivery.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and external stakeholders to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, ensuring a safe environment for both residents and staff.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role within the care sector, preferably in a care home setting.
  • Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse groups.
  • Experience in supervising teams, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire others.
  • A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between sites as required.
  • Familiarity with IT systems relevant to care management is advantageous.
  • A genuine passion for senior care and improving the lives of residents.
