We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Field Supervisor to oversee operations within our home care facilities. Qualifications

Proven leadership experience in a supervisory role within the care sector, preferably in a care home setting.
Strong understanding of care plans and the ability to implement them effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse groups.
Experience in supervising teams, demonstrating the ability to motivate and inspire others.
A valid driving licence is preferred for travel between sites as required.
Familiarity with IT systems relevant to care management is advantageous.
