Our client is a leading UK provider of servicing and validation for critical decontamination equipment — including autoclaves, washer-disinfectors, and sterilisation systems — used in NHS hospitals, Private Hospitals, laboratories, and government facilities.

We’re looking for a skilled mechanical or electrical engineer in the London area who’s confident with fault finding, repairs, and field-based servicing. HTM or UKAS testing experience is a bonus — but not essential. We’ll train you.

What You'll Do

Diagnose faults and carry out mechanical/electrical repairs on autoclaves and washer-disinfectors Perform preventive maintenance and equipment validations Work on NHS and laboratory sites in line with UK compliance standards Train towards HTM 01-01 / HTM 01-05 and UKAS protocols Receive OEM-specific training (e.g. Steelco systems) Document all work in accordance with Sychem SOPs What You Bring
