Field Maintenance HVAC Engineer\n\n£44,000\n\nLeicester, UK\n\nRegional Cover\n\nPermanent\n\nWe are looking for an experienced Mobile Air Conditioning Engineer to join a well-established facilities and maintenance provider supporting retail superstore environments across the Leicester region. This opportunity has arisen due to continued contract growth and increased service demand.\n\nThe business delivers planned and reactive maintenance across large-scale commercial properties and is recognised for maintaining high compliance standards and strong client relationships within the retail sector.\n\nThis role would suit a confident and technically strong Air Conditioning Engineer who enjoys working in a mobile role. The position is predominantly service and repair focused, with limited installation work, alongside supporting general building maintenance tasks where required.\n\nYou will be responsible for maintaining, fault-finding, and repairing commercial air conditioning systems, carrying out general maintenance duties, and ensuring compliance, efficiency, and minimal downtime across multiple sites.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nService, fault-find, and repair commercial air conditioning systems\nCarry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive call-outs\nWork on a range of equipment including split systems, VRF/VRV, and packaged units\nHandle manual compressors and manufacturer-specific systems (e.g.
