Senior Field Operations Manager – Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Field Operations Manager to lead and optimise the delivery of field-based switchgear services across multiple regions.

This is a senior leadership role where you’ll drive performance, oversee complex projects, and ensure high standards across installation, commissioning, maintenance, and retrofit activities.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead and develop field engineering teams

• Drive safety, quality, and operational performance

• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance projects

• Manage resource planning and utilisation across regions

• Act as the senior escalation point for technical and operational issues

• Support commercial performance, productivity, and service margins

• Build strong client relationships and support business growth


What We’re Looking For:


• Proven leadership experience in engineering or construction environments

• Strong knowledge of switchgear and/or switchboard construction

• Experience in production scheduling and operational planning

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Track record of driving performance and continuous improvement
